By using this Website and/or requesting the acquisition of a product and/or service, the User is bound by these conditions. This is without prejudice to the application of the corresponding legal regulations that are mandatory.

The User assumes the responsibility for the proper use of this Website. This responsibility extends to:

  • Using the Website only to make legally valid inquiries, purchases, and/or acquisitions.
  • Not making any false or fraudulent purchases. If such purchases are detected, they will be canceled, and the relevant authorities will be informed.

3.- PURCHASE PROCESS

Properly registered Users can purchase products on the Website by the established means and methods. They must follow the online purchase and/or acquisition procedure available on https://baubo.cat/, during which various products and/or services can be selected and added to the shopping cart, basket, or final purchase space, where they will eventually click on: “finalize purchase.”

The User must also complete, fill in, and verify the information requested at each step, although during the purchase process, before making the payment, they can modify the details of the acquisition.

Afterward, the User will receive an email confirming that Baubo has received their order or purchase request, which will serve as the order confirmation. The User will also be informed, where applicable, via email when their purchase is being shipped. Once the purchase process is completed, the User consents to the Website generating an electronic invoice, which will be sent to them by email and/or made available through their personal account. All communications, purchase orders, and payments made during transactions carried out on the Website could be archived and stored in Baubo’s computerized records to serve as proof of the transactions, subject to reasonable security conditions, applicable laws, and regulations (in particular, the GDPR and LSSI-CE).

4.- AVAILABILITY

All orders received by Baubo through the Website are subject to the availability of the products and/or the occurrence of force majeure (clause nine of these Conditions) affecting the supply of the products and/or provision of services. In case of any supply issues or product unavailability, Baubo will contact the User and refund any amount paid. This also applies to cases where the provision of a service becomes impossible.

5.- PAYMENT AND PRICES

The prices displayed on the Website are final, in euros (€), and include taxes, unless otherwise required by law, particularly regarding VAT.

Shipping costs are included in the final prices of the products as shown on the Website. Baubo handles deliveries through parcel service companies.

In cases where customs management and import tax payments are required, the shipping fees charged by the Website only cover shipping costs, not customs clearance (DUA) or import taxes, which the recipient must pay upon delivery.

The Website will not automatically add any additional costs to the price of a product or service, except for those the User has selected and agreed to voluntarily. However, prices may change at any time, but any changes will not affect orders or purchases for which a confirmation has already been received by the User.

Payment methods include credit or debit card.

Credit cards are subject to verification and authorization by the issuing banks. If the issuing entity does not authorize the payment, Baubo will not be responsible for any delays or failure in delivery and cannot formalize the contract with the User.

Once Baubo receives the purchase order from the User, the corresponding amount will be pre-authorized on the User’s credit card to ensure sufficient funds for the transaction. The charge will be made once the User receives confirmation of the shipment or service provision.

The User must ensure that the exact amount for the purchase is entered and that the correct account and reference number are provided. Any errors may result in order cancellation.

6.- DELIVERY

Deliveries will be made within Spain (including the Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and any territories for which shipping services are enabled on our website.

Except in cases of unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances, or product customization, the order will be delivered within the time frame indicated on the Website and, in any case, within a maximum of 30 days from the order confirmation date. If Baubo cannot meet the delivery date, it will contact the User to offer the option of proceeding with the purchase or canceling the order for a full refund.

Deliveries will be made on business days.

If delivery is impossible due to the User’s absence, the product may be returned to the warehouse. In such cases, the User will be informed about how to rearrange the delivery. If the User will not be present at the agreed time, they must contact Baubo to reschedule the delivery.

If 30 days pass without the User receiving their order for reasons not attributable to Baubo, the contract will be considered canceled, and all payments will be refunded, except for additional costs resulting from the User’s choice of a delivery method different from the standard delivery.

Delivery is deemed completed when the User or a third party designated by them takes possession of the products. The User assumes the risk for the products from the moment of delivery. The User acquires ownership once Baubo receives full payment for the products, including shipping costs.

Deliveries to Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla) and the European Union are subject to VAT.

7.- METHODS TO CORRECT ERRORS

If the User detects an error in the data entered during the purchase process, they can modify it by contacting Baubo via the provided communication channels or through their personal account on the Website.

Before clicking on “finalize purchase,” the User has access to their cart where they can review and modify their purchase information.
